Once you have your ideal master modeling or self-modeling programs, you
must condition yourself to feel and think about the behavior or feeling you
want to master over and over again until you have a new imprint in your
mind.
Remember that repetition is the mother of learning and that action is the
father of results (Freud would be proud of me for using those words).
Here
then are the six powerful effects of repetition to take into consideration.

Repetition of your program increases your total memory recall.
Repetition increases credibility and belief in yourself.
The order and frequency of viewing increases the degree and lasting
effects of learning.
An interruption in your viewing causes a fall in memory recall.
The repetition of your message has a positive effect on your actions.
Repetition combined with action increases positive effects.
Really to do all of this, you must learn to reinforce your behavior for
watching your ideal master program.
Your
new program MUST be incorporated in your mind and daily actions. In
some cases, you can establish a new behavior quickly and easily, and
frequent repetition may not be needed. Especially when you are an expert in
your field of endeavor, you may only need a few repetitions.
Also, as you practise all of the skills you are
learning here, you may speed up your behavior change. If you just view or
listen to your ideal master program once and it works for you, then do what
works for you.
So remember these rules of repetition are only guidelines
that will help you get started and lead you on the path to your success.
